The Company has successfully achieved the Achilles Building Confidence standard (Level 5) by the completion of an online pre-qualification questionnaire and being subject to an on-site two day audit. This subsequently allows the Company to gain access to multiple clients through a single process.
Achilles Building Confidence is the community for the UK construction industry. It enables the construction sector to use the Achilles proven supplier pre-qualification system to manage risk within the supply chain and comply with EU regulations.
The accreditation process is constructed around key areas of legislation including CDM regulations, the corporate manslaughter act, sustainability, corporate social responsibility criteria, immigration laws, the bribery and corruption act and an increased focus on the financial stability of sub-contractors.
The Company has also achieved accreditation to the Safe Contractor scheme. This scheme is designed to review and audit the health and safety policies, procedures and documentation of sub-contractors.
The Company has an established and controlled quality management system which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The Company was first accredited by BSI in 1991.
